Job Description

Our leading marine client is currently looking for a HSE manager to work across the Solent region.\nThe successful Health Safety Environmental manager will be required to carry out the following range of duties:\n * Lead, manage and continually improve all health, safety and environmental acitivities across site.\n * Develop, implement, and maintain H&S policies and procedures.\n * Lead and review COSH and risk assesments.\n * Lead accident and incident investigations\n * Manage contractor H&S compliance including review of documentation.\n * Develop and deliver toolbox talks.\n * Maintain and develop the environmental management systems\n * Monitor environmental aspects and impacts, including waste, emissions, discharges and energy useage.\n * Maintain and continually improve the Intergrated management system.\n * Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across all sites\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and market leading company.\nSalary:\n£45,000p/a - £53,500p/a\nHours:\n37.5 hours per week (days)\nMonday - Friday\nOur client is able to offer flexibility on start / finish times
