HSSE & Compliance Lead

Salary : £48,000 to £53,000 per annum (depending on experience) Benefits : Pension Salary Sacrifice Scheme (with up to 10% employer contribution), 33 Days Holiday (including 8 bank holidays), Salary Sacrifice Holiday Purchase Scheme and Death in Service/Life Insurance (3 x Salary) Hours : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility to work from home on occasion.

MASHCo operates a vital aviation fuel farm which is COMAH Upper Teir, delivering fuel for Manchester Airport. We are committed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance, working in line with Joint Industry Group (JIG) standards to ensure reliable, uninterrupted fuel delivery for airport operations.
This is a newly created role following MASHCos move to a self-operating organisational model.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a dynamic and wide ranging role where you will lead and coordinate compliance activities across health, safety, security, environmental and legal frameworks, ensuring we meet and exceed aviation and industrial safety expectations.
