Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for LEVELS Hub Manager - located in Whitehaven.


As a Hub Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the venue’s operations and guest experience. From leading teams to managing VR hardware and computer systems, you’ll be the driving force behind every unforgettable moment our guests have. This role is ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable managing frontline hospitality and troubleshooting, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first, tech-driven environment. You will not need to be an expert in tech as we provide full training and support on a day to day basis, but an interest is a must! You will run and coordinate the development and sustainability of a community-driven Hub for the benefit of Whitehaven residents and the wider local community. The first focus will be to develop the business, maximise use of the facilities available and identify opportunities by means of effective marketing, networking and innovative solutions. The Manager will work to ensure Levels becomes a vibrant, well managed facility that operates for the benefit of all users. 


Applicants must be aged 18 and over.


Qualifications

  • Venue management experience (hospitality, leisure, gaming or entertainment)
  • Experience in team management, leadership, and staff coordination
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to engage with the community and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role or within the non-profit sector is beneficial
  • Familiar with VR hardware and software (training will be provided)
  • Knowledge of safeguarding
