We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to our HR team and wider business.
Working closely with HR Advisors, you will be responsible for managing and responding to queries via our HRIS, HR helpdesk, and Outlook inboxes, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. This role plays a key part in supporting core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, drafting employment documentation, right to work checks, and maintaining accurate employee records in line with UK GDPR. You will also contribute to key HR projects, assist with reporting, and support continuous improvements across HR and facilities functions.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Proven administration/coordination experience;
- Experience in managing multiple, high priority tasks and adjusting to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines;
- Strong IT and MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) are essential. Excel needs to be at intermediate level, Pivot tables, V Look up etc;
- Understands the principles of data protection/GDPR.
