We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our team and support organisation-wide Target Operating Model changes.

You will work alongside our HR and OD team, delivering transformation programmes across the council. Your responsibilities will include providing advice, guidance, and support related to HR activities, ensuring processes align with policies and best practices, and supporting managers and staff through change initiatives to realize benefits.

HR Advisor £42,324 - £44,331 (Grade 10) Fixed Term: 12 months

In this role, you will support operational activities within the HR transformation team, assist with change management, conduct 1-2-1 meetings, manage consultation, redeployment, and exit processes as needed.
