HR Advisor Facilities Management (Temporary) - HIGH WYCOMBE

LOCATIONS PREFERRED:

HIGH WYCOMBE,BUCKS, MAINENHEAD, AYLESBURY, AMERSHAM, BEACONSFIELD

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire (Office-based, 1 day WFH after 1 month)
Rate: £22.99 £25.87 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Hours: 37.5 per week (MondayFriday, 9:00am5:00pm)
Contract: Temporary

Atkinson Baker Associates are recruiting a temporary HR Advisor on behalf of a leading National Facilities Management & Maintenance Contractor.

You will be supporting the Public Sector division, working on high-profile MOD and Local Council contracts, providing generalist HR support within a fast-paced reactive maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for reactive maintenance vacancies
  • Provide first-line HR advice on employee relations cases (absence, disciplinaries, grievances)
  • Oversee onboarding and strict vetting processes (BPSS / Enhanced DBS)
  • Support performance management, HR reporting, and employee engagement initiatives

Essential Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent advisory-level experience)
  • Strong Employee Relations (ER) case management experience
  • Proven recruitment coordination experience
  • Ability to hit the ground running in a temporary role
  • Eligible and willing to undergo strict security vetting (BPSS / Enhanced DBS)

Preferred

  • Previous HR experience within Facilities Management, Maintenance, or Construction sectors

Weekly pay via Atkinson Baker Associates.

Ideal for candidates based in High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Amersham, Maidenhead, or Aylesbury.
