People Systems Analyst (12 Month FTC)

I am working with a leading international law firm to recruit a People Systems Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking HR function at a pivotal stage in their systems journey.

Following the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors last summer, the firm is now focused on embedding, optimising, and enhancing the platform. This role will play a key part in supporting that evolution.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting and developing the firm’s People systems, with an initial focus on reporting and data insights. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise in HR data and analytics while gaining broader exposure to systems and projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Producing and developing HR reports and dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors
• Supporting ongoing system optimisation and enhancements
• Assisting with configuration changes and workflow improvements
• Providing user support and troubleshooting system issues
• Contributing to HR systems projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (essential)
• Strong interest in data, reporting, and HR analytics
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across HR and the wider business
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in a professional services or law firm environment is advantageous
