Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join on a part‑time, 6‑month FTC. This role offers the chance to deliver strategic and operational HR support across a fast‑paced, regulated environment while working flexibly.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across talent, performance, engagement, and development
• Support organisational change and HR projects
• Provide coaching and guidance on people matters
• Ensure HR activity meets regulatory and governance standards
• Use people insights to support decision‑making

About You

• Proven HRBP experience, ideally within financial services
• Strong UK employment law knowledge
• Confident stakeholder manager with a solution‑focused approach
• Able to operate autonomously within a part‑time contract role
