Reporting into the HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to get stuck into a wide range of projects to support the business with their growth strategy, this is a generalist role covering everything from employee relations, engagement, data analytics, job evaluation to policy development. This role sits within a global organisation with a strong footprint across Europe. As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
Partner with senior leaders as a trusted HR advisor, influencing decisions and driving people-focused solutions Shape performance management, talent development and succession planning to build future capability Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives that genuinely enhance the employee experience Deliver meaningful HR insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning Drive the delivery of key HR initiatives, projects and policies, while supporting GDPR, payroll and H&S priorities Lead on complex employee relations matters, providing clear, confident and pragmatic guidance Building relationships with key stakeholders across multi-site which may include some travel (approx twice per month)
What we are looking for:
CIPD Qualified or working towards this Experience in HR data analysis and management information reporting Minimum of 3 years UK HR experience Confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels
