Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our client’s UK business functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce or digital/technology-driven industries. This is a strategic and hands-on role that partners closely with leadership to drive business performance and a high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with UK leadership teams to provide strategic HR guidance that supports business goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and organisational design initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, coaching, and HR best practices.
  • Support recruitment strategies and collaborate with Talent Acquisition for critical hiring needs.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Drive HR projects, including culture initiatives, compensation review processes, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace environment.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; CIPD qualification preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
  • Experience in e-commerce, technology, digital retail, or high-growth consumer businesses is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
