What we are looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic and people-centric professional with strong experience in talent management, onboarding strategy, and cross-cultural integration, particularly within large-scale IT or technology transformation programs across Europe.

A proactive talent partner with experience in onboarding, role alignment, and cultural integration across multiple EU countries. Strong in stakeholder collaboration, talent assessment, and communicating organizational values during transitions like TUPE, re-boarding, and hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying high-potential employees and areas where skill gaps exist.
• Works with the delivery and transition teams to understand the role relevancy within the program.
• Understands the existing policies and procedures within the company when it comes to people on-boarding in Multiple EU.
• Be able to explain and showcase ITC Infotech’s values and offerings to the associates identified for re-boarding/TUPed/Hiring into ITC Infotech within the program; and be able to clarify the role benefits and deliverables to the associates (in associating with Business teams working for the program)
• Be able to contribute and provide insights to cultural nuances and guide towards ways of working when it comes to future mode of operations in a distributed cultural organization (given that the target is to onboard people from various different countries within ITC Infotech)
• Conduct thorough assessments of the existing talent pool, partner with Legal team as required.
