HR Consultant (0.6 FTE): 12‑Month Contract

Biotech | London (Hybrid)


We’re supporting our client, a global mid‑size biotech, to hire an experienced HR Consultant to join part‑time (0.6 FTE) for an initial 12‑month contract, with a possibility of transitioning into a full‑time permanent role thereafter.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver day‑to‑day operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support managers with recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, and HR administration.
  • Shape and implement people policies, processes, and initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership and contribute to strategic discussions when needed.
  • Strengthen our culture, employee experience, and ways of working as we continue scaling.


Requirements

  • HR generalist experience in a biotech or life sciences organisation.
  • Comfortable operating in an environment where HR is both hands-on and strategic.
  • Experience supporting managers and teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture.
  • The confidence to bring structure, clarity, and professionalism into a dynamic setting.
