Youll work closely with the HR Manager to deliver professional, confidential, and proactive HR support across the hotel.

Youll play a key role in: Administering recruitment and onboarding , including contracts, offer letters, references, right-to-work checks, and arranging IT / Enterprise ID access as applicable Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR data Coordinating with the payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions Providing first-line HR advice and support to managers and associates Assisting with employee relations matters , including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances in line with UK employment law Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and hotel training programmes , including onboarding and compliance training Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently across the hotel This role is varied and fast-paced , offering exposure to all areas of HR within hospitality and the chance to make a tangible impact on both associates and the business.
You Will Ideally Have Previous experience in an HR or people-focused role , preferably within hospitality Experience using harri Workforce Management and Talent Acquisition systems, or similar HR/recruitment platforms Knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations processes Excellent organisation and communication skills with a strong attention to detail Ability to build positive working relationships with managers and associates Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint A proactive, adaptable approach and passion for working with people A CIPD qualification or working towards one is desirable but not essential.
