About the role

 

In this role you will be based out of our London office and report to the HR Director. The HR Coordinator is responsible for managing HR policies, benefits administration, supporting recruitment, engagement and training initiatives and other day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

 

In this role you will work closely with all our c50 employees and managers, across both our London and Luxembourg offices, in to order to ensure that best HR practices are implemented.

 

This role is ideally suited to someone who is action focussed with a can-do attitude, excellent attention to detail and the highest level of both written and verbal communication skills.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Provide high quality HR support to facilitate resolution of everyday people queries and to ensure operational delivery of the full range of HR activities for the business.
  • Maintain the HR and benefits systems with any changes to employees, terms and conditions and produce appropriate letters as needed.
  • Work closely with the HR Director to audit, review and update all HR policies in line with current legislation and best practice.
  • Support the various recruitment activities and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring we adhere to compliance processes and create a positive candidate experience.
  • Support the identification and deployment of learning and development programmes to build the right capabilities for our people.
  • Support the delivery of reward and recognition activities across the business, including the annual reward review, performance management processes and other reward related projects as needed, helping to drive a high performing and motivated team.
  • Organise and manage staff events and briefings and other employee engagement initiatives.
  • Get to know the people in the business and work to ensure there is an inclusive and diverse culture, taking the lead on D&I initiatives and projects as appropriate.
  • Line manage the two team assistants and work closely with the office management and other business support team members to help ensure smooth running of the office administration.
  • Support the finance team to administer payroll and produce a monthly payroll report to account for any starters, leavers, benefits, or changes across the business.

 

Skills and experience

 

  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience/education preferred.
  • Experience working in a HR department with knowledge of the full suite of HR competency areas.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to positively engage and influence a broad range of people.
  • Extremely organised and dependable, with a can-do attitude.
  • Action orientated with an ability to work effectively under pressure, react quickly, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR systems and databases.
  • Strength with management information and good numeracy skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook and strong general IT skills.
  • CIPD accreditation desirable but not essential.

  • Role location: Aermont offices in Soho, London, with the option to work one day per week from home.
