Job Description

Role: HR Executive

Place of work: Glasgow City Centre

Contract type: Permanent, 35 hours per week

Are you a people-focused HR professional who thrives on finding practical solutions rather than simply following a rulebook? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where sound judgement, empathy, and autonomy are key? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

At Jones Whyte, our people are at the centre of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our People Team. Following 10 consecutive years of stable growth, we are looking to expand our team in order to optimise employee engagement and experience at our firm.

We’re not looking for someone who just quotes the handbook - we want an HR professional who will work with our business to improve employee experience across the entire people lifecycle. If you can combine sound judgement with empathy, and turn challenges into workable solutions, you’ll fit right in at Jones Whyte.
