Job Title: People Partner / HR Generalist

Location: Tower Hill, London (Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office)

Industry: Technology

6 month contract

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing tech company based near Tower Hill, with a collaborative, friendly, and down-to-earth culture. They are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented People Partner / HR Generalist to join their busy HR team, providing hands-on support across the UK, Netherlands, Germany, and Ireland for a 6 month contract.

The Role

This is a hands-on, admin-focused HR role for someone who loves getting things done. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. It’s not a strategic role — it’s about rolling up your sleeves, staying organised, and delivering great service to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare contracts, offer letters, induction materials, and ensure a smooth start/end process for employees across multiple countries.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR systems, and manage personnel files.
  • Payroll Coordination: Collate and process payroll changes for UK, Netherlands, Germany, and Ireland, working closely with external payroll providers.
  • Employee Letters & Documentation: Draft employment letters, confirmations, and other formal documentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR processes are compliant with local employment laws in the relevant countries.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrolment, changes, and queries.
  • First-Line Employee Support: Respond to day-to-day HR queries from staff and managers in a timely and professional manner.
  • General HR Support: Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as required.

About You

  • Proven experience in an HR administration or generalist role — ideally with international exposure. Preferably within Germany, Netherlands and Ireland.
  • Confident managing end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • A genuine do-er, happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into admin-heavy work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of employment law in the UK is essential; familiarity with Netherlands, Germany, or Ireland employment practices would be a bonus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment.
