Role: Our client is looking to recruit a HR Manager for a 12 Month temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties: Talent Mapping & Profiles: Develop and maintain profiles for design talent, capturing skills, experience, and potential.
Career Pathways: Create clear progression frameworks for design and client-facing roles, outlining growth opportunities within the organisation.
Skills Assessment: Implement structured skills evaluation processes to identify strengths and development needs.
Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle using CMAP, from job posting and candidate sourcing to selection and on boarding.
Outreach & Networking: Build talent pipelines through proactive outreach on Linked In and other relevant platforms.
