HR Manager (Part-Time - 12 hours a week)

Office Based - Northampton
Up to £40,000 Pro Rata + Company Benefits
SP Executive Search is supporting a well-established, family-owned food manufacturing business in the search for a Part-Time HR Manager to support their growing operation.
This is a flexible opportunity, ideally suited to someone looking to work circa 12 hours per week (e.g. 3 days x 4 hours, or equivalent), with a key focus on supporting the Operations Director and wider leadership team.
The business operates across two sites in Northampton, so occasional local travel between sites will be required.
This is a stand alone HR role with no team - therefore you will really get to own the function.
The Role:
- Lead on recruitment, selection and onboarding activity
- Support and embed performance appraisal processes
- Review and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation
- Manage employee relations matters across the business
- Support wider people initiatives, including employee wellbeing
What You’ll Bring:
You’ll be an experienced HR professional who is comfortable operating in a hands-on, standalone capacity, with the ability to build strong relationships across operational teams.
Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or a similar environment would be advantageous.
