Group HR Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 plus £6000 car allowance

Our client is on a journey of growth and are now seeking a Group HR Manager to lead the function across multiple businesses. You'll shape the HR strategy, partner with senior leadership, and drive a high-performance culture throughout the organisation.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Partner with senior management across all business on people matters
• Lead talent, retention, and succession planning
• Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with employment law
• Drive learning, development, and engagement initiatives
• Manage compensation, benefits, and reward strategies
• Lead organisational change and development projects

What You'll Need

• CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent)
• Senior HR leadership experience in a multi-site or group environment within the manufacturing or engineering sector
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Proven track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Experience in developing and harmonising cultures

Please note this is a site based role with some travel and you will need to split your time between sites.
