Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Ensure that HR operations are stable and efficient, building on the foundations already in place. You will be responsible for managing core HR processes, including benefits administration, payroll exceptions, and HR data analytics.
Business growth Support: Play a key role in HR integration efforts during acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with business needs.
Process Improvement: Take existing HR processes to the next level by documenting, mapping, and communicating SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to ensure consistency and clarity across teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to deliver a high-impact people experience, focusing on building strong foundations for future growth.
