HR Project Manager

London - Hybrid

£325 per day inside IR35

We’re looking for an experienced HR transformation leader to drive major workforce and organisational change programmes.

This senior role will lead complex, high-impact HR projects — delivering modernisation, cultural change and measurable benefits aligned to corporate priorities. You’ll manage governance, develop compelling business cases, influence senior stakeholders (including SLT and Members), and ensure successful delivery of key transformation initiatives.

We’re looking for:

• Significant experience leading large-scale, complex HR or corporate projects
• Strong HR strategy and change management expertise
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work with Trade Unions
• Excellent analytical, reporting and business case writing skills
• Public sector experience (desirable)
• Degree or relevant professional qualification/experience
