Systems UKI is looking for Manager – Human Capital Division, with 3-4 years of experience to oversee and streamline HR operations and employee administration. The role will primarily focus on managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and supporting basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and overall employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation while ensuring compliance with UK labor laws.
  • Oversee and manage employee records and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act as a key point of coordination between HR, employees, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support smooth execution of HR initiatives, communications, and internal programs.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks including documentation, contracts, and employee files.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and support benefits administration processes.
  • Assist leadership with HR reporting, data tracking, and operational insights.
  • Coordinate with IT for employee onboarding/offboarding, including system access and equipment allocation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and administrative coordination
  • Experience in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment preferred
