The successful Humanities Teacher will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 through engaging and high-quality Humanities lessons. The Humanities Teacher will support students in developing a deeper understanding of history, geography, and society while encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and discussion. Our school is looking for a motivated Humanities Teacher who is committed to delivering excellent education and supporting students to reach their full potential. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging lessons as a Humanities Teacher across KS3 and KS4.Teach Humanities subjects such as History, Geography, and Religious Education as a dedicated Humanities Teacher.Monitor and assess student progress in the role of Humanities Teacher and provide constructive feedback.Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment as a responsible Humanities Teacher.Work collaboratively with other staff and contribute to the development of the Humanities curriculum as a proactive Humanities Teacher.Participate in school activities, trips, and enrichment opportunities as an enthusiastic Humanities Teacher.RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.A degree in History, Geography, or a related subject suitable for a Humanities Teacher.Strong communication and classroom management skills expected of a Humanities Teacher.A genuine passion for teaching and learning as a committed Humanities Teacher.We welcome applications from experienced teachers and early career teachers who are eager to begin or continue their journey as a successful Humanities Teacher.
