In the heart of Berkhamstead, Hertfordshire an ‘Good’ Secondary School are on the hunt for a Humanities Teacher that can teach Philosophy and Religious Studies (PRS) at Key Stages 3 and 4, and History at Key Stage 3 to join them from September 2026 on a permanent contract (Employed directly by the school)
The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Humanities Teacher who is keen to add value to an expanding department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Must have QTS /QTLS
* Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
* Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a ‘Good or Outstanding’ level
* You must be able to work as part of a large team of Teachers
* Must be willing to listen to feedback
