Full Time 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Milford RES is recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the High Voltage (HV) private power networks sector. We are seeking an experienced HV Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of high-quality HV network services. The Role The Operations Manager will oversee field service teams and ensure reliable, technically excellent service delivery across a portfolio of High Voltage private power networks. This role is responsible for operational performance, safety compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across HV maintenance and response activities. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational resilience while supporting the continued growth and reputation of the organisation within the HV network services market. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead and coordinate the daily activities of HV service teams including SAPs, engineers, and field technicians.
