We are currently recruiting for a Shift Leader to join a well-established and highly regarded facilities maintenance provider, covering a high-profile, modern office building in the City of London, just a short walk from London BridgeStation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated engineer looking to take that next step into a leadership role. Youll be responsible for managing a team of M&E shift engineers, ensuring high standards are met across both planned and reactive maintenance within the building.

The Role: Working 4 on 4 off shift pattern, days and nights

Leading and mentoring a team of M&E shift engineers

Ensure all PPM tasks are completed on time and to a high standard

Manage reactive maintenance issues, taking a proactive approach

Work across mechanical and electrical systems, including plant, HVAC, and lighting

Utilise analytical platforms like Demand Logic to improve system performance

Liaise with clients and subcontractors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
