HVAC Service Engineer\n Location: London & Home counties (field-based)\n Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 (DOE) + Overtime & Call-Out (OTE £60k+)\n Benefits: Company van, fuel card, paid travel time, overtime, call-out allowance, pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n Contract: Permanent, Full-Time\n\nA well-established building services and facilities management contractor is looking to recruit an experienced HVAC Service Engineer to join their growing London team, supporting a portfolio of commercial and industrial sites.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to join a stable business offering consistent work, strong earning potential, ongoing training, and genuine progression routes.\n\nThe Role\n\nCarrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of HVAC systems\nFault-finding on electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components\nServicing and maintaining: \nSplit & multi-split systems\nVRV / VRF systems\nAHUs, FCUs, and ventilation equipment\nHeat pumps and chillers (where applicable)\nLeak detection, pressure testing, evacuation, and recharging systems\nCompleting service reports and F-Gas compliance documentation\nLiaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery\nWorking in line with F-Gas and Health & Safety regulations\nTaking part in an on-call rota (typically 1 in 6 / 1 in 8)\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nEssential:\n\n3+ years' experience as an HVAC / AC Service Engineer\nF-Gas Category 1\nStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skills\nGood understanding of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems\nFull UK driving licence\nComfortable working independently across multiple sites \n\nDesirable:\n\nNVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning\nExperience with chillers, heat pumps, or ventilation systems\n18th Edition (BS7671)\nIPAF / PASMA\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive basic salary up to £55,000\nRealistic OTE £60k+ with overtime and call-out\nPaid travel time\nOngoing manufacturer training and development\nLong-term job security within a growing business\n\nInterested?\n\nINDAV\n\nIf you're an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a well-paid London role with strong earning potential and stability, apply today.\n\nAlecto Recruitment Limited is acting as an employment business for this vacancy.
