Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer (ICR - Chelsea & Sutton)
Employer: Equans Location: Institute of Cancer Research (Chelsea & Sutton, Central London) Make a real impact keeping critical research facilities running. We're looking for a dependable Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to deliver planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across the ICR estate.
What you'll do
Carry out PPM and breakdowns across HVAC plant: chillers, AHUs, pumps, motors, valves and actuators. Support compliance activities (incl. L8 ) and keep accurate records in the CAFM. Build strong relationships with site stakeholders and work safely to Equans SHEQ standards.
Must-have
NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or City & Guilds equivalent). F-Gas Category 1 certification (full). Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in AC/HVAC maintenance. Confident with CAFM systems and MS Office (Word, Outlook).
Nice to have
18th Edition (IET) , PASMA and IPAF . Prior FM experience in hospitals/labs is a plus.
