HVAC Engineer (Yeovil)Salary: £47,752.38 including standby plus paid travel time, van with private use, overtime, call out, 33 days holiday, pension & excellent benefits - including private health care, life insurance1 IN 6 STANDBYHours: 45 hours a week - Monday to FridayAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Engineer (gas bias) to join one of the country's leading facilities management companies working in the Yeovil area.The role will involve traveling around the region servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of commercial heating systems as well as some air conditioning and other associated HVAC plant.Key Responsibilities: Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a number of sites.You will be the first line in all maintenance throughout your allocated sites.Ensuring that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date.Service and repair a range of mechanical equipment, e.g. boilers, fans, pumps, AHU's, FCU's etcSafe working practices in relation to 3 phase and single-phase electrics and applicationsCarry out surveys and complete reports as required by management Qualifications / Experience:ACS Gas - COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1, TPCP1A - EssentialDesirable but not essential:City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category 1City & Guilds 17th or 18th EditionAir Conditioning experienceThe ideal candidate: Will have worked in a similar mobile role traveling around the region from home.Be able to deal directly with customers and on-site management teamsHave the ability to work at heights, work in confined spacesA hands-on, can-do and flexible approach to your workFull Driving License as this is a mobile roleHVAC ENGINEER - Yeovil HVAC ENGINEER - Yeovil HVAC ENGINEER - Bath Calibre Search promote equality in the workplace and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates regardless of their sex, race, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
