Carry out hands-on modification, construction, and maintenance of HVAC test rigs across a range of disciplines, including metalwork, timber fabrication, plumbing, and electrical wiring (power, communications, and instrumentation).Interpret and work from technical and schematic drawings to build, adapt, and optimise test setups.Support the delivery of experimental and testing programmes by setting up, operating, and adjusting equipment to meet project requirements.Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and implement practical engineering solutions to ensure reliable system performance.Record, analyse, and report test data, contributing to technical documentation and project outputs.Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and improve testing methodologies and rig capabilities.Maintain workshop, tools, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.#INDBRCBarker Ross Group values diversity and promotes equality.
