The business supplies, installs, services and maintains high-value cooling equipment for commercial and industrial clients nationwide, and is expanding its engineering team due to continued growth and customer demand.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n• Carrying out service, maintenance, fault finding and repair of refrigeration, industrial chillers, air-conditioning and process cooling equipment.\n• Responding to planned maintenance as well as reactive and emergency breakdowns.\n• Representing the company professionally on customer sites across the Midlands and wider UK as required.\n• Participating in a 1 in 5 call-out rota (24/7 emergency support).\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n• Proven experience as a field or service engineer, ideally in refrigeration, HVAC, industrial chillers or similar technical environments.\n• Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills.\n• Full UK driving licence.\n• Comfortable working independently and travelling across a regional patch.\n\nWhat’s On Offer\n• £40,000 – £46,000 basic salary depending on experience.\n• Fully funded company vehicle provided with personal use.\n• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays + your birthday (32 days total).\n• Christmas shutdown – 3 extra holiday days.\n• Uniform, phone and Toughbook laptop provided.\n• Overtime paid at enhanced rates.\n• Call-out rota 1 in 5, with support and structure in place.\n\nThis is a key engineering role within a friendly, experienced team, perfect for a proactive engineer wanting variety, opportunity for overtime and a company that values its field workforce.\n\nApply Today\nSubmit your CV or get in touch via Marble Talent Group to discuss the role further.
