Overview
Brookside Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate can independently (with a helper) install furnaces and condensing units without supervision and is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service. This position is full time and will require travel within the NH, MA, and ME area.
Compensation
As our HVAC Service Technician, you'll earn a competitive wage of $35–$45 per hour, based on experience. We’re also offering a sign-on bonus up to $5K to top candidates.
Responsibilities
Install residential HVAC Split Systems, Furnaces, Condensers, Air Handlers, Hydronic Systems, Package units, Mini Splits to Brookside’s Standards Installation of copper line sets, gas lines, wiring, venting, drain lines Troubleshoot installation-related issues and identify solutions confidently and accurately Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, educating them on systems, issues, and available options Maintain a clean and organized job site and follow all safety protocols Collaborate with team members and accept feedback as part of ongoing growth and development Maintain a strong sense of organization and time management Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work Attend company meetings as necessary Adhere to all safety and handbook policies
Qualifications
Proven Track Record in Heating and Cooling Systems 2+ years of HVAC Install Experience Strong Desire to Grow and Develop Your Team. EPA Certification High School Diploma/GED Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills
