HVAC Maintenance / Service Engineer (Ventilation Bias)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC Engineer with a ventilation bias to join a busy building services maintenance team working across commercial contracts in London and the surrounding areas.

This role would suit someone with strong experience in ventilation systems, ductwork hygiene, fire damper testing/remedials or mechanical maintenance who wants a long-term opportunity with progression.

The Role:

* Planned preventative maintenance and reactive works

* Ventilation system servicing and repairs

* Fire damper testing / remedials

* Ductwork inspections and hygiene works

* Fault finding on associated HVAC plant

* AHU maintenance

* Working in plant rooms, rooftop areas and confined spaces where required

* Completing service reports and compliance paperwork

Ideal Background:

* Previous experience in ventilation / ductwork / HVAC maintenance

* Knowledge of TR19 guidelines and BSEN 15780 highly desirable

* Mechanical qualifications or HVAC trade background

* Good understanding of health & safety

* Strong customer service skills

* Full UK driving licence
