HVAC Project Engineer Salary: £50,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid (office, site, and home-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Project Engineer to join a well-established facilities management provider. This role offers a mix of project delivery, client liaison, and technical oversight across HVAC projects within commercial environments.
The Role
Manage HVAC projects from survey through to completion.
Oversee installation, refurbishment, and upgrade works across commercial sites.
Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Ensure all works comply with health & safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Support cost control, reporting, and handover documentation. What We’re Looking For
Proven experience delivering HVAC projects within a facilities management or building services environment.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant HVAC or Building Services qualification (preferred). What’s On Offer
