Job Role: As a HVAC Project Manager , you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of HVAC mechanical projects.

This includes developing system specifications and drawings, handling technical submissions and RFIs, placing supplier orders, coordinating site works and subcontractor management, and tracking contract costs from start to completion.

You will oversee labour and material expenditure while managing P&L and preparing monthly payment applications.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Proven experience in the design and build Mechanical HVAC systems industry.

HND, HNC or degree in HVAC Mechanical Building Services (or equivalent).

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications Experience or understanding of AutoCAD and Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.

Mechanical engineering background.
