Our client, a specialist air conditioning contractor based near Reading, is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving and expanding business, offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000. In this role, the Project Manager will oversee and deliver commercial sector projects, primarily within the Thames Valley area, with occasional projects spanning from Bristol to Dartford. The Project Manager will manage multiple projects simultaneously, with values ranging from £5,000 to £300,000. Typical works include the installation and replacement of VRV, VRF, split systems, multi-splits, and AHUs. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a solid technical understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget however, a Senior/Lead Installation Engineer with client facing skills would also be suitable.
