Service Manager - Commercial Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Location: Fleet, Hampshire Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Basic (DOE)I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected company based in Fleet, Hampshire, who are looking to appoint an experienced Service Manager to lead their refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance division.With over 50 years of industry experience and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, energy-efficient solutions, this business continues to grow and invest in its people.The RoleThis is a key leadership position where you will take responsibility for the service and maintenance function, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations while supporting engineers and maintaining strong client relationships.Key responsibilities include:Providing technical support to service engineers, including fault finding, diagnostics and parts identificationPreparing accurate and competitive quotations for maintenance agreements and remedial worksSupporting scheduling, resource planning and coordination alongside the administration teamEnsuring efficient service delivery and high levels of customer satisfactionLeading and motivating a team of engineers to consistently deliver high standardsRequirementsMinimum 10 years' hands-on experience within refrigeration / HVACF-Gas Category 1 certificationCity & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air ConditioningStrong technical knowledge across commercial refrigeration, air conditioning and HVAC systemsPrevious leadership or supervisory experienceFull UK driving licencePackage£55,000 - £65,000 basic salary (depending on experience)Company vehicle and fuel cardPhone and tabletFull PPE and uniform25 days holiday plus bank holidaysSick payOngoing career development opportunitiesAdditional InformationOffice-based role in Fleet, HampshireFull support and resources provided to enable success in the roleReference: INDAVInterested?Apply today to be considered for this exciting fleetbased opportunity.Alecto Recruitment Limited is acting as an employment business for this vacancy.
