HVAC Supervisor \nSt Albans & Surrounding Areas\n£45,000 - £50,000\n\n An exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join a leading building services provider on a mobile role, covering the St Albans area and surrounding areas.\n\n You will be qualified in HVAC or Building Services (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, F-Gas certified) and have strong supervisory skills. This role suits a technically skilled engineer with experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, looking to take ownership of a team and ensure high-quality service delivery.\n\n Duties:\n \nSupervising and supporting a team of HVAC technicians \nOverseeing HVAC installations, servicing, and repairs \nTroubleshooting faults across a range of HVAC systems \nConducting and managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules \nEnsuring compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations \nPromoting safe working practices and quality assurance \nOrganising subcontractors where needed \nLiaising with clients and attending meetings as required \nCompleting job reports, RAMS, and logbooks \nRaising and closing jobs via PDA/system \nKeeping the account manager updated on project progress Requirements:\n \nCity & Guilds / NVQ / F-Gas or equivalent HVAC qualification \nStrong experience in HVAC systems (diagnosis, repair, maintenance) \nProven supervisory or lead engineer experience \nKnowledge of compliance and safety regulations \nCustomer-focused with excellent communication skills \nOrganised, proactive, and team-oriented \nFull UK driving licence (required) Salary and Benefits:\n \n£45,000 - £50,000 per annum \nCompany vehicle + fuel card \nMonday to Friday standard days \nOvertime available \n25 days holiday + bank holidays \nPension scheme \nTools, uniform, and training provided \nCareer progression opportunities within a growing company
