Job title: Hygiene Compliance Manager

Location: Moreton, Wirral, Merseyside, CH46 1PR

Working Hours : Monday to Friday Days - 39hrs

Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum

The main purpose of the role is to support and assist the Site Technical Manager in providing the Bakery with hygiene compliance. With responsibility for leading all sanitation and hygiene activities within the food manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities of the role: To lead train and manage the hygiene team, ensuring all personnel are knowledgeable about and adhere to cleaning and sanitation procedures. Design, implement and continuously improve sanitation schedules and SOPs for all production areas and equipment.
