Night Hygiene Manager

to lead our hygiene operations and ensure that our site is fully compliant, safe, and production-ready every morning. This is a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance across our chilled food manufacturing facility. About the Role As Night Hygiene Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our site is cleaned effectively, efficiently, and in line with strict health, safety, and food safety requirements. You’ll manage and develop a dedicated hygiene team, drive continuous improvements in standards and systems, and ensure compliance with external audits and certifications (BRC, ISO, and customer standards). This role requires a hands-on, motivated leader with a sharp eye for detail and a strong ability to inspire and engage people in a compliance-driven environment.
