The role: You will set the hygiene requirements in order to achieve customer requirements and continuously improve the function on site. Reviewing existing practices and the recommendation and implementation of new procedures as appropriate. Ensure cleaning operations are conducted in compliance with specifications, meeting cost, quality, productivity and H&S targets. You will continually look to develop staff to ensure that staff are fully utilising their skills as well as coach and develop staff to improve individual and team performance. You will also drive continuous improvement to maximise efficiencies through the development of people, processes and systems.
