About the Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy and well-established food manufacturing company in Welshpool, who are looking to recruit multiple Hygiene Operatives to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work within a fast-paced and supportive environment, with an upcoming pay increase.
Working Hours (Rotating Shifts, Monday to Friday)
* 6:00am – 2:00pm
* 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Cleaning production areas, machinery, and equipment
* Maintaining high hygiene standards at all times
* Following strict food safety procedures
* Supporting the production team as required
Requirements
* Physically fit (role involves manual handling and some heavy lifting)
* Reliable with good timekeeping
* Strong attention to detail
* Previous hygiene or food production experience is advantageous but not essential
