Working in the Pontypool area for our long-established client the UK's leading food manufacturers and retailers. ctrg are currently recruiting for a dedicated team member to work as a Hygiene Operative in Pontypool, NP4 0JJThis is a long-term position with the potential for a permanent position.Duties will include:Carry out day to day hygiene activities in line with daily requirements ensuring operational integrityGeneral pot washing duties, cleaning lines and machines adhering to high company standards, general waste managementReview equipment and highlight damage, escalating risks to the appropriate personnelEnsure that chemicals are used and stored correctlyEnsure that all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to the correct personnelFollow work instructions highlighting any issues to the Hygiene Senior OperatorPromote a good health, safety and environmental culture within the departmentIdentify and highlight any opportunities that make sustainable improvements to increase quality, performance in support of the overall shift planPersonal Attributes:We're looking for good level of English ideally hygiene experience within a food manufacturing environmentAttention to detail Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food HygieneAbility to work unsupervisedHours of Work12 hr shifts on a 4 on 4 off rota - flexibility to be able to start either 5am, 7am or 9amImmediate StartsRate of Pay£13.05 per hourWeekly payLocation: Pontypool, NP4 0JJWe're a Flexible Pay Employer that offers Wagestream.
