We have a great opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join our ever-growing team in the city. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international client accounts along with running and issuing statements, chasing debt and managing overdue balances. The role also involves ·       Handling funding, unmatched cash and cash allocation queries ·       Investigating and resolving aged debt/issues ·       Working closely with premium processing teams ·       Handling various legacy related issues through to resolution ·       Taking full ownership of your allocated accounts and resolving issues proactively

Candidate Profile

You should have the following experience: Extensive experience working within an insurance IBA Team Demonstratable client side IBA experience – not finance/cashiering Strong understanding of Client Account Handling, Debt chasing, Unmatched Cash resolution, Funding processes and IBA ledger reconciliation Understanding of Marine business Ability to calculate premiums from slip/endorsements Brokasure Desktop (Preferred) Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding or development support Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills In return Lockton remain committed to recognising and sustainably rewarding Associates empowering you to put your clients and their business first.
