Responsibilities Support the Deputy Head of IBA in ensuring all operations, including premium allocations, insurer settlements, and client accounting, happen in an efficient, accurate and timely manner Provide support to teams that will be responsible for the reconciliation of client and insurer accounts, resolving complex discrepancies. Work closely and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Broking, Operations, Compliance, and Finance, to ensure timely and accurate financial processes. Ensure internal controls and processes are adopted within the Teams. Ensure monthly reporting is prepared for the Deputy Head of IBA so the Head of IBA can present to senior management. Continual review of IBA processes and procedures, identifying and implementing all improvements necessary.
