About the Role Were looking for Ice Rink Supervisors to join our team for an immediate start.
In this role, youll oversee the ice rink area, support guest safety and help ensure the rink runs smoothly throughout the day. It combines guest interaction with operational awareness, quick thinking and a calm approach. Youll guide families, monitor the ice, support the team and help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
This role suits people who are confident in fast-moving settings, great with families and comfortable staying proactive and alert during long shifts.
Key Responsibilities Oversee guest flow on and off the ice

Monitor rink safety and report issues quickly

Support guests who need help or reassurance

Work closely with the wider operations team

Maintain high standards of safety and atmosphere

Assist with light crowd management

Stay calm under pressure and act quickly when needed

What Were Looking For Experience in guest-facing or operational roles

Strong awareness of safety and risk

Confident communicating with families and children

Comfortable on your feet for long periods

Reliable, adaptable and a positive team player

Pay & Benefits £17.00 per hour

Meals provided depending on shift length
