We're looking for a dedicated Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) to join our team in Tower Hamlets. This is a vital role for someone with strong advocacy skills, a trauma-informed approach, and a commitment to survivor-centred support. About the Role As an IDVA, you will work directly with survivors of domestic abuse who are at high risk of harm, providing safety planning, risk assessment, and support coordination. You'll play a key role in multi-agency settings, including MARAC, ensuring the voice and safety of survivors remain central in coordinated responses. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, trauma-informed casework and advocacy to survivors. Undertake thorough risk and needs assessments, creating tailored safety and support plans.
