Job Title:
IFA Administrator

Location:
Staffordshire (Office-based with some flexibility)

Salary:
£27,000 £29,000 (based on 35 hours, depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing new business from start to finish
• Preparing annual review packs and gathering client information
• Producing templated client reports
• Maintaining accurate and compliant Know Your Customer (KYC) files
• Handling internal compliance documentation and anti-money laundering (AML) processes
• Managing incoming and outgoing post, scanning, and general administration
• Providing excellent customer service, including telephone-based client interaction
• Using back-office systems (including Intelligent Office) to maintain records
• Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning environment
• Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
• Ability to manage workload independently and take ownership of tasks
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role

Desirable Skills:

• Experience using Intelligent Office (IO)
• Familiarity with platforms such as Transact, Fidelity, Quilter, Aviva, Aberdeen, or Royal London
