An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a well-established and long-standing organisation in the financial services sector, offering tailored support and advice to private clients across the region. As an Administrator , you will be providing vital administrative assistance to a team of Financial Advisers in a busy, office-based environment. This full-time role offers salary up to £35,000 and benefits. You will be responsible for: Delivering all-round administrative support to advisers. Maintaining accurate and compliant client records using back-office systems. Preparing key documentation including illustrations, application forms, and authority letters. Processing new business submissions and handling investment or pension transfer requests. Liaising directly with providers and maintaining regular contact with clients. Compiling valuations, reports, and review documents. Organising and preparing meeting packs for client appointments. What we are looking for: Previously worked as an IFA Administrator, Financial Administrator, Financial Planning Administrator, Paraplanner or in a similar role. At least 2 years’ experience working within an IFA environment. Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills. Ideally possess experience using Intelligent Office...
