My client based in Wokingham are seeking an IFA Administrator to join their team within Investments and Pensions. We are looking for candidates who have got knowledge in Pensions and Investments who have got excellent organisational management skills. Successful IFA Administrator candidates will be supporting Senior IFA advisors.
Experience with Intelliflo/IO back-office system is a bonus.
Responsibilities
Managing client correspondence via email, phone calls, messages, and client portals
Liaising with platforms to research and respond to queries and requests
Processing one-off income, contributions, withdrawals, drawdowns, and fund switches
Inputting and maintaining accurate data on spreadsheets and Intelliflo (IO)
Acting as the first point of contact for clients, handling general and technical enquiries
Preparing summaries for new clients
Reviewing and checking suitability and review reports for accuracy and compliance
Monitoring and managing messages received through the client portal
Reviewing meeting notes from client reviews and implementing agreed actions and follow-ups
Experience
Previous experience in an IFA Administration role focusing on Pensions and Investments
Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
Professional telephone manner
Knowledge of Intelliflo (bonus)
